Bottle Manufacturing
The owned factory of Smilebottles is outfitted with cutting-edge equipment run by highly knowledgeable technicians,which produces more than 1200,000 glass bottles daily.Our bottle production is targeted at the high end of the spirit,wine,beverage, food, and cosmetic industries. There are several phases involved in the production of glass containers. They consist of batching, melting, pormation processes, annealing, and crushing and mixing of raw materials. Depending on the detailed product, these processes may be executed differently.
Quality Management
Smilebottles quality control department works closely with the production department at every stage and process, including melting, forming, production, and packaging to guarantee the quality of the finished product.We inspect not only the glass defects on the glass containers' surface,such as split finish,defromation,crumbles hammered appearance,blisters and so on,but also test the physical and chemical properties of the glass with detailed report on any potential flaws, along with a picture of the flaw. Warehousing & Logisitics
There are sizable warehouses at Smilebottles. We stock more than 5000 styles glass containers,which ensure our consistent on-time delivery and save your storage cost. Glass is packed with extreme care and expertise, but it is still susceptible during shipment. To ensure that the highest levels of care and punctuality are upheld, we follow individual deliveries and continuously assess our forwarder's performance. You can either utilize our suggested delivery method or mention the specific shipping option you prefer.Transport by air, sea or rail are all available.
